1. Service Agreement

YurgenTag provides corporate law consulting, contract review, and employment law advisory services. Services are rendered upon written engagement and acceptance of these terms. All advisory is subject to German law and applicable regulations.

2. Scope & Limitations

Our services are limited to the scope defined in the engagement letter. YurgenTag does not assume liability for matters outside the agreed scope. Client is responsible for implementing recommendations and obtaining independent legal advice where necessary.

3. Confidentiality

YurgenTag maintains strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with German attorney-client privilege and GDPR. We do not disclose client data to third parties without explicit written consent, except where legally required.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are invoiced according to the engagement letter. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments incur 8% annual interest. Expenses and third-party costs are billed separately.

5. Intellectual Property

All work product, documents, and advice provided by YurgenTag remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Client may use materials solely for the purposes outlined in the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

YurgenTag's total liability is limited to the fees paid within the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages. Client must report any errors within 30 days of service delivery.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms are governed by German law and subject to the jurisdiction of Dortmund courts.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR (EU) 2016/679. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data handling.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.

10. Changes to Terms

YurgenTag reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
